Privacy Policy
Effective July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Scriptful (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit scriptbob.com (the “Site”) or request a demo of ScriptBob. ScriptBob™ is a trademark of Wellness Engineering LLC; the Site is operated by Scriptful.
This policy covers the marketing website only. It does not govern protected health information (PHI) processed by the ScriptBob pharmacy platform or by any pharmacy that uses it. That information is handled under separate agreements (including HIPAA Business Associate Agreements) and the notices provided by the relevant pharmacy or healthcare provider.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you submit the demo request form, we collect the details you provide: your name and email address (required), and optionally your phone number, pharmacy name, and any message you include. Please do not include patient information or PHI in the form.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring pages. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics.
Security and anti-spam
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the demo form from automated abuse. This may involve processing limited technical signals from your browser to verify you are a human.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to demo requests and communicate with you about ScriptBob;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and understand how it is used;
- Protect the Site against fraud, abuse, and security threats;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and process demo requests (for example, analytics and bot-protection providers such as Google and Cloudflare, and email/CRM tools), under obligations of confidentiality;
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and Google Analytics to understand site traffic and usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. California residents can also exercise choices described on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
Data Retention
We keep demo-request information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our legitimate business and legal purposes, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Your Choices & Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, contact us at privacy@scriptful.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
